Once your account has been reviewed and approved, we will contact you regarding scheduling times for an initial consultation. For more information about the meet & greet, please see below.
After your initial consultation has been complete, we'll be ready to love and care for your pet when you need us to! For future services, simply request a reservation via your client portal. It's as easy as that!
Overall, the meet and greet serves as an important initial step in establishing trust and rapport between the pet care provider and the pet owner, ensuring that both parties are comfortable and confident in the care arrangements for the pet. We will have an opportunity to discuss important details of our services and gather information to understand your pet's exact needs. A meet and greets generally last around 30 minutes and is required before we can begin any initial services.
1. Download the App: Visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device and search for “Time to Pet.” Download and install the app onto your device.
2. Create an Account: Open the Time to Pet app and follow the prompts to create a new account. You’ll need to provide basic information such as your name, email address, and password.
3. Log In: Once your account is created, log in using your email address and password.
4. Set Up Your Profile: Complete your profile by adding information about your pet(s), including their names, breeds, ages, and any specific care instructions or preferences they may have.
5. Schedule Services: Navigate to the “Schedule” or “Services” section of the app to schedule pet care services such as dog walks, pet sitting visits, or grooming appointments. Select the date, time, and type of service you need, and specify any special instructions or requests.
6. Communicate with Your Pet Sitter: Use the app’s messaging feature to communicate directly with your assigned pet sitter or dog walker. You can discuss scheduling, provide updates or instructions, and ask any questions you may have.
7. Track Pet Care Visits: After each pet care visit, your pet sitter or dog walker will log details about the visit, including arrival and departure times, activities completed, and any notes or observations. You can track these visit logs in the app to stay informed about your pet’s care.
8. Review and Pay Invoices: Review invoices for completed pet care services and make payments directly through the app. You can securely store payment information for future transactions.
9. Receive Updates and Notifications: Stay informed about your pet’s care with real-time updates and notifications from your pet sitter or dog walker. You’ll receive notifications when visits are scheduled, completed, or if there are any updates or concerns regarding your pet’s well-being.
10. Provide Feedback: After each pet care service, take a moment to provide feedback and rate your experience. Your feedback helps us continually improve our services and ensures we’re meeting your pet care needs.
